The Trip is NOT suitable for:

  • Pregnant women
  • People with back, heart problems, or other physical impediments
  • Infant are not recommended for this trip, however if the parents insist, they must complete a Disclaimer letter prior to the trip commencement releasing Nacha Fast Boat and all its officers, employees, or third party partners from negligence and any further legal action.

Cancellation or Late Arrived or No-Show Fee

Any cancellation made less than 2 days prior guest departure for regular season and 7 days prior to guest departure for high season will result in full payment.

Re-Scheduled Trip

Re-schedule is based on seats availability and should be made 2 days prior to guest departure for regular season and 7 days prior to guest departure for high season.

Refund

In the event of a trip cancellation from the company, the company shall refund any funds paid by the guest direct to the Nacha Fast Boat, or any funds already paid by a third party partners to the Nacha Fast Boat on the guest’s behalf. Guests are responsible for collecting any funds paid to a third company partners who have not yet paid Nacha Fast Boat.

Connecting Flights

Nacha Fast Boat is a point to point carrier and we do not take responsibility for any delays or connecting flights or any other forms of transportation.

Luggage Allowance

Each passenger is entitled to a maximum of 2 pieces luggage carried free of charge, not exceeding a total weight of 25kg. Nacha Fast boat must be proven negligent before it will accept responsibility for lost or damaged to luggage during transit.

Land Transportation in Bali

Transportation that is provided requires a specific address in Bali. This address must be specified at the time of booking and cannot be changed. Our drivers are under strict instruction to refuse to take passengers to more than one location. With consideration for all passengers and guest, Captain and Crew of Nacha Fast Boat, We adhere to a timely pickup policy to all, where the waiting period is a maximum 10 minutes from the scheduled pick up time. If guests are not ready to leave with in that 10 minute time frame on the grounds that they are still having breakfast, not yet awake, etc. the driver will depart without collecting the guest. Nacha will not be held responsible for any losses the guest may occur.

Insurance and Medical Coverage

  • Nacha Fast Boat insured to a total liability amount of 500.000.000 Rupiahs. The company will provide cover for related expenses due to injuries and/or accident occurred during the transportation to and from Serangan, Lembongan, Sanur to the total amount of 50.000.000 Rupiahs. The insurance covered for passengers from 3 years old until 65 years old. Passengers traveling either under or above age mention above have to completed Nacha Fast Boat Disclaimer Letter releasing the company and all its officers, employees, or third party partners from negligence and any further legal action.
  • Insurance does not including for children under 3 years old.
